From their conclusions..."Of the four yogic breathing conditions we used in our study (SlowB, DAB, DDB, and DCB), the three of them (SlowB, DAB, and DDB) significantly increased iCSF velocities, with most pronounced effects observed during DAB with no significant change during DCB."
